We’ve added two new views to the account dashboard; now you can toggle between total, ticket, and add-on revenue. Previously, to view a breakdown of ticket and add-on revenue you needed to download it from your reports page. Now, you can visualize this information without leaving your account dashboard.
Visualize a breakdown of total, ticket, and add-on revenue
- Total revenue by event: View total revenue, including all ticket and add-on sales.
- Ticket revenue by event: View the total revenue for all ticket sales.
- Add-on revenue by event: View the total revenue for all add-on sales.
Modify the data you’d like to display with quick filters
With built-in filtering capabilities, you can specify a date range or view data over the past week, month, or year. In addition, you can exclude data associated with a particular event from displaying on your timeline by applying a filter to select or all events.
View the new revenue timeline from your account dashboard
Sign in to your Universe account and select “Dashboard” from the dropdown menu. Remember, your dashboard will display all events associated with your account. If you’d like to exclude a particular event simply apply a filter.
